In technical professions and sectors, men are still more prominent. VINCI Energies strives every day to change that. To help underline these ambitions, Evoke developed a campaign where female employees are put in the spotlight on all channels for a whole year under the banner 'Women in Technology'. With a kick off on International Women’s day, a new interview was launched every month to highlight the amazing women working at VINCI Energies Belgium and to inspire potential employees.

Synergy between content marketing and PR

A complete roadmap was set out with the fifteen female employees being subject to an in-depth interview and enjoying a full fledged professional photoshoot. A videographer was hired to capture the entire process, create behind the scenes footage as well as a video for social media. At the start of the campaign, relevant media outlets were informed via a press release and every month, we ensure the job portal is updated with the latest testimonia in three languages and engage the target audience of VINCI Energies on social media channels.

Not only did VINCI Energies Belgium receive press coverage in different verticals with the press release being covered by the likes of Installatie & Bouw, ZigZag HR and PUB, the social media posts consequently rank high in engagement and visibility. The ‘Women in Technology’ campaign has become a brand and is a symbol of VINCI Energies Belgium’s ambitions on getting more women engaged in technical professions. It is a staple whenever VINCI Energies Belgium communicates on HR topics through other press communications.
